No Communication Possible with many Modules

Hello All and I hope I can get some help. I have a 2013 Mini Cooper Base. R56 N16. I got the car non running as I thought it was an easy fix, I was wrong! After a DME swap "ECU PROS" trip to a shop who didn't do **** to it and a Trip to the Dealer who also didn't do ****! I have ISTA+ up and running and found this. No Communication is Possible with Car Access System, Dynamic Stability Control, Control Unit, Instrument Panel, Engine Electronics, Safety Module, Junction Box, Trans Control. I am not the best at electronics so talk slow and detailed lol! I have come to the conclusion it's a power issue and I leaning towards Terminal 15. Also read is could be the starter drawing too much power. Again not the brightest electronics guy! This whole adventure started with it being a crank no start by the way! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

Did you get anywhere? I have R50 with no communication to one module (TCM) and can't determine why; CAN lines test good. Tried to get ISTA+ going and discovered it's a 75GB install!
