Will the head from a 2013 fit for my 2011 mini cooper all 4s ..
I know the gas pump is different they are both n18engines

I don't think the fuel pump drive connection at the head is the same. There are plenty of later N18 engines out there. Take the time to find the right one. You need to look for a late 2010 to an early 2012 model N18.

Nope. An '09 will be an N14 engine.
