2017 F56 JCW clutch pedal sticking intermittently help!

Apologizes if this has been discussed, I searched and couldn’t mind much info. The clutch pedal in my JCW occasionally sticks to the floor for a half second or so. Usually after hard driving. It’s happened maybe a dozen times over the past couple months, pretty infrequent. At first I thought it was getting hung up on the floor mat for just a moment but that wasn’t it. I’m not the most mechanically inclined, but I’m wondering if it could be something to do with transmission fluid? I’ve owned the car since October in NJ so I’m only just starting to see how the car deals in warmer weather. Any thoughts? Thanks!!

Hello,

https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=35_0531

Maybe the spring # 5

or worn, sticky bushings? # 6

Only other thing i can think of is a stuck slave cylinder. It would be in the clutch pedal or hydraulic clutch line.

Update: been traveling so I haven’t driven the car much. Went out for a short drive today and the clutch was slow to return back after pressing it. I drive home, turned off the car, and pumped the clutch a few times and it stuck to the floor and wouldn’t return. I manually pulled on it and heard a hissing noise as I pulled the clutch up. Any thoughts?? It was pretty hot out today ~95 degrees.
