So I gaulded a bolt hole today trying to mount some new seat brackets and thought I would share some knowledge. The bolts in the F56 Mini cooper that hold the seats down are part #07149321690, M10x28 fillister head bolts (BMW calls them screws). To chase the threads out you need to use an M10x1.5 tap. Took me a bit to work out the math on the damn things but finally figured out what thread pitch the OEM bolts were. That is all. I just wanted to have this on here in case someone else ran into the same issue and needed the knowledge!
