Interior fan vibration

1) The fan in our 2014 S Hard is vibrating at high speed enough to
shake the entire car. (10k miles)
At the lowest speed it make a clicking sound.
Turn your fan to max and see if you have the same problem.
____________
2) After 6 months the dirty sox smell has returned as well.
_____________
3) We have a hesitation (manual trans.) at low RPM upon initial acceleration.
_______________

4) After 10k my right front tire shows outside tread wear
Is this common ?
Our Mini is driven very conservatively.
Comments welcome

New here, but not to cars in general. Sounds like a few things that should be able to be addressed by your local dealer or experienced repair shop. Here is my $0.02 on your list of items:

1) Sounds like an out of balance blower wheel. Could be some contamination on the fan blades too, based on #2 below.

2) Sounds like a clogged A/C drain hose or potentially a wet cabin air filter or something wet sitting in the HVAC intake duct. Not sure where the intake is on these cars (just ordered my first MINI 2 days ago), but if near the cowl area (base of windshield) it could be clogged up by leaves/debris.

3) From past experiences could be a throttle mapping issue with a fix coming from a new flash code for the ECU. Could also be a sticking throttle body, but with so few miles, low likelihood.

4) Can't believe this would be common, something out of whack on the alignment. You may show wear on both fronts, but a single tire wear points to something 'not right'. Have you had your tires rotated in its 10K miles? If so, are you sure it happened with that tire in that position. If not, then get it into the shop for a look.

Hope this info helps, good luck and let us know what you come up with.

A C fan replaced.
F56S in shop for a Mini expert diagnosis for the Porta Potty smell.
Our "filter has been changed" twice, this effects a temporary alleviation.
The perfume they use smells like a urinal mint.

I certainly hope these techs don't just use the 'purfume' to cover up the smell, as it certainly isn't addressing the root cause of the issue. There has to be moisture being trapped somewhere causing the odor issue, plain and simple...not that the solution could be anything but simple I am sure.
