title error mistake by dealer
My wife received the title for her Mini roadster and discovered it's listed as a 4 door on the title. Motorworks of Barrington / Infiniti of Hoffman Estates sold her the car and made the mistake on the title. Illinois charges $95 to correct a title. Any suggestions on how to get the dealer to pay for their mistake?

have you tried asking? Are you assuming they will say no?
on the other hand, was the title application something they presented for your signature ......
