Dear all, hopefully you can help me.

When I got into my car this morning, all my options seemed to had been rest. Specifically:
- Language was reset to standard (I had changed from English to Portuguese)
- There were no saved radio stations (I had like 8 saved)
- Options for key entry were reset (I had the car to only open drivers door when the key was pressed, it was back to opening all doors).

Anyways, those are the ones I could find on my drive to work. Any idea why this is? Anyone had the system automatically reset? Can a valet parking do this (my building is valet and they drove the car this morning). Is there a log I could see if someone reset-it overnight?

BTW, it is a 2014 F56 hatchback with the mini connected kit.

These types of settings are saved in the MINI "personal profiles". Did your default profile change? These profiles are also linked to the 'remote control/key'. Did you use a different key (which may have activated different personal profile)?
