2017 F54 S with fog both lights enabled via code.

I hate the fact that MINI engineers decided to place the stop lights inside the bumper, so much below the eye level of the driver driving behind our cars. I don't think that's safe or practical.
I would like to "move" the stop lights to the rear cluster in the barn doors, replacing the fog lights, and move the fog lights to where the stop light in the bumper are right now.

Does anyone know what wires and where should be cut/spliced to effectively swap the location of fog lights in the rear cluster with stop lights in the bumper? Any schematics? Wiring color guides?
