8-Speed Automatic Gearbox Problem

Hi guys! I have a 2016 mini clubman SD F54 with 8-speed automatic transmission and I've been noticing that when I engage “D” the first gear is engaged in a rough way. The same is true when the car stops and the gearbox disengages. In both situations I feel a little jolt. When I engage the reverse gear it is very smooth and I don't notice anything abnormal.
I changed the engine and gearbox mounts and gearbox fluid but the symptoms remained.
Does anyone suspect what it could be?

I would start with the 'simple' things first, 1) tranny fluid level/condition and 2) engine/tranny mounts. BTW, how many miles on your ride?

Thanks for the reply!
As I said before, that's just what I did. I started by changing the gearbox oil (the symptoms stayed the same) and then I changed the engine and gearbox mounts (it got a little better, but the symptoms are still there).

At the moment the car has 122,000km (75800 miles +\-)

That is not that many miles, IMHO. May need to find a good independent shop to see if they can trace it down. Guessing there may be sticking solenoid in one of the control circuits causing the abrupt 'hit' when the trans re-engages. Let us know what you find. Since my '17 with 8-sp is just over 60K miles...
