Ordered both from you. Will post an update once they are installed. Thanks!

What helped me decide to make this purchase was reading reviews from drivers of other vehicles (mostly Fords) who got these products and the improved shifting and stability that they noticed.

Very timely since the upper motor mount is next on my to do list. My 2014 mount is looking saggy. I had looked at upgrading to the Direnza but they are $$$$. Maybe these are a nice mid-price upgrade to stock oem.

I had the upper engine mount and inserts done yesterday. Will let you know when I have an opinion about them.

Is the transmission mount the same on auto and manual and will the insert fit both?

How do you like them so far? Too much vibration or ok?

No difference in vibration. I think it makes sense to add these inserts if you are having the motor mount done anyway. I hope they extend the life of the new mount. If I need a new mount in another 60-70,000 miles I would likely try a nonstock option, like the Direnza.

They are spendy, but if it lasts 100,000 miles instead of 60 it is well worth the expense since swapping out the stock engine mount costs at least $850 with the cost of labor.

Does anyone know how to replace the upper mount? I plan to do it myself. I checked youtube. All videos are F55 or F56. For F54 there is more room between the head light and the mount. Do I need to remove the headlight? Any tips?
