Wireless charger

Has anyone removed the wireless charger from the arm rest in of a 2017 Clubman?
I have no use for it and it takes up a good amount of space.
I have searched this forum and Google to no avail.

If you remove it, and it can be retrofitted into a car that came without, I'd potentially be interested in taking it off your hands.
