Tire size

Hello everyone,

I have a 2017 All4 S that came with All-Season tires size 225/45/R17. I also have a set of winter tires size 225/50/R17.

Do you guys think I can replace the all season tires with the winter tires on the same rim? If it works, I won't have to buy a new set of winters.

Thanks

The rim size is the same, 17", so they will fit on there, but the height of the winter tires is slightly taller, so the overall diameter of the tire is larger. Your speedo will be off a little, and you will gain miles on the ODO slightly slower - But its not off by much - at 60mph, its actually going 62mph. at 100mph its actually doing 104mph

I doubt youd have a rubbing issue, but some All4 guys can chime in on that.
