I have a 2017 Clubman, 3 cylinder. Does anyone know if it is normal to see black soot around the tail pipe end. I clean it off and a day later it is back. In the past this would indicate the fuel mixture is running too rich, now days I just don't know. I only burn premium fuel. Any advice would be welcome... Thanks

 

Normal. Annoying, but normal.

Consider painting your exhaust tip black.
