Carly released a new app update that allows more coding for F54 models.

A few I couldn't get to work including turning on the sport HUD graphics which didn't work at all despite trying various combinations which is disappointing.

One item that I am thrilled with though is that I have the optional alarm system and the confirmation beep was so loud. You can adjust the volume, the length of the tone, and even UK or US sound (the last I didn't try).

I changed the volume to the lowest setting (7%) and put the length on "short" which is a huge improvement and sounds so much better. I highly recommend it if you have the alarm system option. You won't be sorry.

 

Anyone know which parameters to change to do this on ESYS?

 

I found on the update that the setting to turn off the seat belt buzzer works! I've been driving for 40+ years and have always worn a seat belt no matter what, along with you want to ride with me, you wear your seat belt. I don't need a damn buzzer to tell me to put on my belt.

 

Do you have the current update on car? That menu is still ghosted on mine

 

I have version 33.0.1. It shows up in the updates on my I-phone and it even states a lot of newer features for the F54 in the description....
