Three more years!
Just had my change of command the day before yesterday and heading down to Garmish in a couple hours to enjoy some time skiiing/snowboarding w/the family before starting my new job at NATO next Tuesday.
36-month tour so 3 more years in Germany! We are so excited about the prospects that we can hardly stand it! 3 more years of lapping The 'Ring, going to Grand Prix races and real Octoberfests! This will also put me in the window to retire when this tour is up so I'll have some options on the back end...
Worst case scenario is I get promoted out of a job!
