Installing OBC

Im finding mixed reviews.

Most people are installing a 3rd party switch, with a wire to the back of the speedo, and reprogramming at the dealer. I get that. However..

Ive got a new turn signal stock, with the OBC button on it. Do i need to run a wire from the new stock (the wiring harness which goes into it) to the Speedo still, or would this wire already be there?

I hope to install this weekend, but need some more info. I dont want to put the stock in, go to the dealer, have it enabled and THEN find out i need to run a wire to make it work. I want to do it all while its apart

HELP!

wiring diagram of the turn signal unit would be helpfull
