interior bulb sizes?

In process of switching the interior lights over to mood lights

Any idea what size bulb is in the centre overhead light? Not the two reading lights on the side, the middle one which comes on when you open the doors

Thanks in advance

If you replace the main dome light with a colored 39mm festoon LED (at least the red ones from autoillumination), it will only provide about 25% as much light. It's very, very dim. I'll probably sell mine once I really get sick of it.

Wow that's no good...I got the blue ones and they are uber bright...but the UV ones have the same problem if not worse than it sounds like the red does...needs to be "high intensity red" I dunno who has those

Check out superbrightleds.com. I've used them for all my vehicles and I'm very pleased. Great selection and prices.

I checked the two sites that were mentioned and im definitly going to order some red bulbs to replace all my lights in the interior of my mini but I just want to make sure I order the right ones. Id rather have the lights brighter than dimmer if that makes sense. If I order two of the 39mm festoon bulbs and then a few for the other lights on the sides of the car which ones are those? are those the 194's. what 194's should I get? it seems like there are many. thanks for any help, i want to get these ordered today.
