parking lights go in and out, fog lights out too

1. So I have a 2002 Cooper and I a used to always drive with the fog lights on. One day I noticed that they were booth out. I am unsure if they both burnt out at the same time or if there is another problem that I should be looking for. Could it be a fuse or wiring? Any ideas? The dealer is too far away to have them check right now.

2. One of my parking lights also decides when it wants to work or not. Whenever I think it is out and go to the store to buy a new bulb, I check and it is working again. Any thoughts? Thanks

fog lights

If the fog lights are OEM installed, they will not work when the high beams are on, (and may require the low beams to be on ).

Yes, I am talking about the stock fogs and they are out when the lowbeams are on. Just seemed strange that they went out at the same time, like it is not the bulbs.

The parking light is really bugging me, one day its out, the next it is on. Wiring maybe? Grrrr.

You check the fuse for the fog lights?

No, not yet, I was killing time at work and unable to check it out as the car is outside yet the computer is in front of me. I will check the fuse and report back. Anyone know off the top of their head which #fuse it is? I'll look it up and check after work.

Am I correct in assuming that the fog bulbs cannot be changed easily, as the other lights are?

Any ideas about the in-and-out parking lights?
