Do these help at all in a MINI? I know I have heard of them helping many japanese imports.

They could help, it ultimately depends on how many other mods you have done to the car or are planning on doing- if you upgrade the ignition system at all, it could definately help.

I wouldnt spend a truckload of money on it though. Heres a link that has more on this topic
