Should new sparkplug wires void the warranty?

I like the idea that MINI is coming out with dressier sparkplug wires. I spoke to Owner's Services yesterday though and they're not releasing them in red!
So my question is what are good spark plug wires (in red) and will they void the warranty if I install them? I really don't think they will but it's better to be safe than sorry... I'm really not looking for a performance upgrade here just for a way to make the gerbal cage look pimp!

Thanks in Advance!

Mikey

A mod will only void the warranty to parts directly effected by them, and only if the fault can be proven to be caused by the mod.

You want Red? Try Magnecor or Jackson Racing or if you want to spend $100 get Livewires. IMO, Red's too common. I wanted Orange, but no one makes Orange wires.

Oops, forgot about Nology. Pretty much all wires are the same. I mean, I haven't noticed any improvements with my Magnecors. People with Livewires may say they see a performance difference, gas savings, better idle, or smoother acceleration, but who really knows? I sayd, ff it looks good, you can afford them, then it works for you! The main reason you buy them is to dress up the engine bay and anything else is just icing on the cake!

Just my 2 cents.

These are $50 delivered, and what mention I have been able to find of the company via Google is favorable.
