Fake Alarm Blink with Wiper Stock

Hi all - I've seen some of the previous threads regarding a DIY blinking LED for a fake alarm but it's not the same as the OEM alarm light. The OEM alarm light is located on the tip of the wiper stock. I can buy this part from BMW for around 30-40$? but i want know how i can make it blink the car is off w/o the alarm

Does anyone know?

Interesting thought! After read your post, made me think whether I can install the new alarm stock (on signal side) to mine which is already installed with the OEM alarm (on the wiper side) and make them both blink when activiated. Anyone knows?

Sorry! Don't mean to hijack, but both are similar.

I bought the MINI alarm, installed it myself, but have not had it activated (unless you're thief that lives near me , then I'm just kidding about the not activated part )

Surprisingly, the LED does flash when I lock the car with the remote. The other alarm features do not yet function. Others have said this is not the case with their self installs. So get the stalk, install it, and maybe you'll get lucky!

I believe they now sell the stalk seperately, but IIRC it was ~$100

fs-mini - you'd need to 'tell' the '05 stalk to flash with some sort of jumper. Don't think this has been done yet, but there's always a first time!
