Hi All,
Acquired an R60 fishtank with faulty JBE due to water infiltration. Got it running by grounding relay K6326, however cleaning JBE board did not work and had I also had no wipers.
Purchased a new used JBE from the UK with the exact same SW numbers, the only difference is the date code. Installed and everything works EXCEPT for the heated seats.
Not sure if donor car had heated seats but did have fuses in the proper spots.
Since the donor vehicle was a right hand drive vehicle vs left hand drive, would the coding have to be changed to make them work?
I have Bimmercode but no options for heated seats with the R60 and the only SPEG related coding is the Auto Start Stop.
Would restoring a backup from my old JBE SPEG coding to the new JBE work? Afraid to FAFO...
