Ok a couple questions on NCS Expert

I have successfully coded:
Airbag light for the passenger seat sensor
windows up/down with remote
front fogs on with high beams

I am now working on getting the rear fog lights to work but not having much luck. the left side works with the switch just fine the right side does not.
I have looked through forums hear and at BMWcoding.com and have tried the solutions that other people have used with no luck

I have done the following
IHKA = NEBEL_SCHLUSSLEUCHTE to aktiv
NSL_FUNKTION_SZM_activ

FRM = MIND_ANZ_ZYKL_TIPP_BLK_1 wert_02 (this keeps changing back to wert_01)
NSL_EINSEITIG_VERBAUT_C34 beide_aktiv
KALTUE_NSL_L_M2_51 aktiv
WARMUE_NSL_L_M2_51 aktiv
CC_MELDUNG_NSL_L_3R wert_01
KALTUE_NSL_R_M1_10 aktiv
WARMUE_NSL_R_M1_10 aktiv
CC_MELDUNG_NSL_R_3R wert_01

I have changed the VO by adding $5AA this did not help Added $522 also did not help also added $588 again did not help

I am able to change the VO in the CAS without any issues but when I try to change the FRM i get an error of
"Error in CABD! Look at CABI.ERR and ERROR.LOG
COAPI-2000: EDIASBAS or SGBD error.
BIP-9000: Faulty BEST version of Description File"

Does anyone have any ideas what I am doing wrong or ideas that may help?

Update I uninstalled NCS Expert and reinstalled and tried again.

Still cannot change the VO in the FRM module with the expert profile.

tried coding the FRM with Revtor profile and still have the same error and only the left rear fog light works.

so I guess I will only have 1 fog light until I can figure this out.
