Best way to replace rear tail lights bulbs to LEDs

Looking for recommendations of how to replace the 2x4 rear tail lights with leds (1156).
Preferably plug-n-play.
A total solution that doesn't show error or hyper flash.

Those claim to be CANbus compatible, so you shouldn’t need to add any resistors. If you don’t plan on changing the turn signals, you don’t have to worry about hyper flash. Brake lights turn on and off with the brake pedal action.
