HELP! Did Retrofit and now A/C wont work (IN FLORIDA!)

I have an '07 MCS 6 speed hatch (non JCW) and I changed my entire interior (including center console, climate control, radio, etc.) to an 11+ JCW all black interior. Everything works except the A/C now. The digital dash comes on and I hear the compressor kicking off and on, but NOTHING blows out of the vents. I grabbed my old climate control (silver one) and the a/c worked fine again. Is this a programming issue??? Any input is appreciated!

It's a coding issue, you can't switch them without coding.

Ah ok. I've been reading a lot of things on the forums but it seems some things are just "assumed" people know...like for example, this coding issue...do I go to the dealer for that or is there an app I can download to my phone and do it with? I feel like i've read that is a possible alternative to going to the stealership.

I have good mechanical knowledge (in 25 years+ i've done motor swaps before, suspension work, body work, etc.)- i just can't weld (never tried to be honest). I appreciate the insight/advice!!!

I'm not a big fan of the phone apps for coding so I would recommend the cable. They can be purchased pretty inexpensively and the software is also.
