anyone did that conversion?

Went to a scrap yard and picked up the electronic panel for auto ac and followed the wire loom to all ends and pickup the small solenoids, sensors, fan blower (with resistance integrated), etc from a donor R50.

Anyone did that conversion in the past? I remember it to be available as a retrofit at the dealership at the time for a couple of hundred dollars.

I know I have to get the BC1 programmed but wondering if the rest is just plug and play since I already have the manual ac and the on board computer.
