Electrical wiring for sidemark lights

Hi everyone, i want to install the sidemark lights on my european mini (RC31), according to this diagram there are only two cable for each bulb, ground for the chassis and "signal" through the bc1, after wiring, will it work or i've to code my VO to RC33? If yes how can I do it?
