indicators not turning off after turn

I put this in the Hatch Talk section, but have not gotten a reply. I'm guessing this would be a better place. Hopefully.

I have searched. Really.
My project '07 MCS had the problem when I first got it of the indicators not stopping after making a turn. I know you have to turn it past a certain point, but this is even after a full turn of the steering wheel.
I tried defaulting/recoding using NCS to no avail. This was ignored since I was in the process of rebuilding it.
Now that I am getting close to finishing it, I've started to do the engine break-in.
Manually cancelling the signals is not an option, so the next step was to buy another SZL module. After re-VINing it and defaulting the module, this one does the same exact thing.
Everything works; headlights, washers, etc., so what the heck can it be?

Ideas? Am I missing something stupidly easy?
