MFSW interface for Alpine

Does anyone know of a MFSW interface that works well with late model Alpine head unit? This is my second after market HU. I had a Sony Minidisc before it and paid an arm and a leg for the MFSW interface adapter from UK. I no longer want to spend that kind of money for such limited controls on the MFSW.

I have looked at
Metra Axxess ASWC-1 Universal Steering Wheel Control Interface on Amazon Metra Axxess ASWC-1 Universal Steering Wheel Control Interface on Amazon
($47) but it is about twice the limit that I care to spend this time around.

Does anyone know of one that works with late model Alpine with first hand experience, such as this more reasonable priced PAC SWI-RC Steering Wheel Control Interface ($30)?

this is my Alpine CDE 133-BT - I have not replace the outer trim for not want to wear it out taking it off and on

They may be able to help.

I have an Alpine head unit with MFSW interface, but i purchased it from a NAM member.

After my post I did a bit more search and found Crutchfield sells the PAC SWI-RC. I put in vehicle info, and it was unable to determine compatibility.

I then snag a Amazon Warehouse deal that I could not pass off, so one is on the way and I will know soon.

Just for anyone needing this. The PAC SW-RC works as expected. I have it for many months now with the battery disconnected and messing with the HU many time. It does not has the forget the programming as rumored.
