bmw 340ix led headlights upgrade

My 2016 bmw 340ix came with standard led headlights and bought a pair of led adaptive and installed them the problem:
they do not light up
Do you have a solution?

Go to a BMW forum like Bimmerpost or Bimmerfest, this is for MINI, Mini, etc.
