FRM or not

Hello everyone new to the Mini world. I bought a used 2008 R56. I have the Carly ODB program and connector. I ran a diagnostics and came up wth a lot of light issues.
Fussraummodul /FRM
Hall sensor FH passenger door broken
Code: 009CC8
left parking light defective
Code: 00A8AC
Right low beam broken
Code: 00A8AB
Low beam left broken
Code: 00A8AA
Deep Discharge Battery protection
Code: 009CB8
Right parking light defective
Code: 00A8AD
Charge Controllers for extra battery deep discharge error in separating element /
harness or secondary battery
Code: 009CB5
Defective license plate light
Code: 00A8BD

I checked the plate lights I do have one of those that are out, but I have been driving and using my low beams? Anyone have any insights on this? Thanks for your help in andavance.
