Red Halo LED for Spec-D Headlight

Hello MINIacs,

I'm thinking of getting these headlights from ECS for my 2013 MCS w/ OEM Halogen headlights.

I'm wondering if it would be possible to replace the white LED Halo with red ones. I saw a MINI once with Red Halos and I was like yup. I need that in my life. I guess I would have to get the appropriate size Halo.

Thanks for any advice and help.
Guillo.

Those look like VW lights linked. Which ones are you talking about for MINI?

The V2 spec D tuning. You would have to heat up the housing and (Joey mod) bake the headlight to open up, then solder in red LEDs. It would be allot of work. The shock leds are white/blue.

Thanks for the tips. One more question.
Do you happen to know the diameter of the halo led? 60mm, 70mm?

Thanks
