Electrical Halo LED Indicator Lights

So, I just bought a pair of LED HALO indicator lights that I want to replace my old ones with but I'm having issues with the electrical aspect of it...Has anyone out there tried installing these on their mini, if so I'd really appreciate the feedback...

Are these made to replace the current dual running/blinker light housing that is in the front bumper?
If so, where did you get these? I'd love to have a pair, I hate that half and half light.
