LED P21w bulb

Hi guys,
I've just bought some philips p21w led (dont think they were canbus leds) for my R56 tail light. I did the ncsexpert thing to disable all bulb checks for the tail light and brake light. But the top half of the tail/ brake light doesnt light up no matter what I do. But when I put the incandescent bulbs back in, it lights up the top and the bottom, can anyone help?

You may just need to turn the LED 180 degrees, they can't be installed like typical bulbs mQubed Motorsport, Manic Tuning Dealer

will try it after i wake up tomorrow lol, kind of weird to mess with the car at 12am..........

Some of my best mods were started at midnight and finish at 4am. It only bad, when the sun comes up.

If I have a garage, i'll definitely do it now, but sadly i dont have that and its quite dark outside and hate to see those strangers wondering around in the parking lot :(

Just rotated the bulb socket and it works, but its a bit annoying when they put a plastic bit sticking out and making it asymmetrical , need to kind of shuff it in. Thanks MarioKart for reminding me about the LED polarity
