Mcs mfsw not working ?

Hello everyone,

I recently changed over my 2 spoke multi function steering wheel
for a 3 spoke mfsw and also changed over the wiring from the buttons
to the slipring as the wiring that came with the steering wheel didn't fit my
slipring. But now the controls don't work, do i have to get this coded @ the stealership? I thought this was a plug & play mod... It's an 03 pre-facelift model btw.
Thanks!

Thanks but i already had a 2 spoke mfsw as stock (with radio en cruise control on the wheel) so i think i don't need the retro fitting kit, right ?? Is it possible to just get another (facelift) slipring that works with the wiring that came with the wheel, wouldn't that work ? Thanks

My understanding is You WILL have to get it programmed at a dealer.. A few here I think did it. Maybe they will respond.
