OEM Xenon Problem

Hello All,

I recently purchased an '05 MCS and managed to snag a deal on a set of '05 Xenons. When I first installed them they would work fine when the car was idling, but would strobe once I hit the pedal. I took them to a local dealer to have the car encoded for the lights, but unfortunately the only way they could get them to work after the reprogram was with the highbeams activated. I had them disconnect the high beam bulbs since I live and drive in NYC and won't ever really need them. What I'd like to know is if anyone has experienced something similar, or would have suggestions on what I can try. I've already done a search and could find nothing more than the link to a motoringfile.com pdf with a Mini service bulletin, which I verified with the service tech that he was following, and he even showed me as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and a 6 pack of beer to the successful solution* (within reasonable driving range, otherwise paypal in the amount of your favorite brew)

Thanks guys.
