Want Sequential Blinking LED Repeaters

I have the three LED type repeaters and would like to set up a sequential blink on them , anybody good with electronics ?

You mean 3 sets of lights or 3 little LEDs in the actual housing? Lots of LEDs are tied in series with 3 or 4 LEDs to get the voltage to the 12v neighborhood. Individually powered LEDs (12v) do exist or you can put in resistor to make them work but most likely it will be a chip/board like the not-current gen mustang guys put in their tail lights.

So you want them to look like they're twinkling instead of blinking? Because that's what three tiny LEDs would look like in that housing if they lit sequentially...

I thought they were brighter than a twinkle , but you might be right. I'll light them up tonight and take a photo, mine are a little different than the ones pictured. The voltage problem thats another story
