I may be missing the rest of what you're saying, but why are you changing the VIN? Maybe I'm missing the FRM and SPEG part, but unless you're changing a VIN inside a module or something not related to the car, you can't change the vin of the actual car.....?
I am pretty sure you need to use the WinKFP program. Head over the bimmerforums diagnostic section for how to use that program to change the VIN number of those replacement modules.

i want to change the vin because these modules are used and have another vin inside,and they don't work properly...
