Electrical OEM Aux-in has 4 wires?

OEM Aux-in has 4 wires?

So I'm assuming the first three are for the left channel, right channel, and ground. Any idea what the 4th wire would be? Is that 3.5mm jack one of those 4-contact ones? If so, any ideas what the 4th contact is used for?

What are the colors? If they are all the same guage wire, I might even assume that its +L -L, +R, -R

The wiring diagram only shows 3 wires. The 4th might not be connected to anything.

need to know more infor on the car like what years it is because if it is a 2011 the 4th wire could be for video if you have MINI Connected.

so list all the option and year of car please
