Electrical Removal of main line at speg fuse box
Removal of main line at speg fuse box
Hi all,
I'm attempting to remove my Speg Fuse Box, however i've run into a problem... I cannot figure out how to remove the main power line coming into the fuse box.
I've read in other threads that it can be removed with a 10mm nut... But that is not the case here... The nut looking fixture is perfectly round, it almost looks like it would pop off or something...
How does one remove the main line from the fuse box? 2010 Clubman S
See the attached photos.
Thank you,
Greg

Great news...
After fiddling around with the box....
I discovered that once you have opened the plastic cover (see white over)...
You simply, pull upwards and the whole connector / cable and all lift direct off the fuse box. There is no nut to remove.
Interesting enough... If you look close, you will see that the clamp has a compression fit which tightens when slid on or off.
SIMPLE... wow... it just made my day.
