Radar Detector Hardwire - Which fuse

Hey all, I am trying to locate 2 different fuses to hardwire a radar detector and also a gauge pod. I have a 2011 Clubman S. Here is what I am trying to accomplish:

1. Hardwire a Valentine One into the cig lighter fuse, I am assuming that it is fuse #F44.

2. Tap into a fuse that will be active with the dash lights once I turn the parking lights/headlights on, this is for a gauge pod that will dim the light when parking/headlights are switched on. (I have no idea which fuse that would be).

I am using two add-a-circuit's from AutoZone, and I am assuming that neither one of these accessories will need more than 10A.

Attached below is the diagram from my fuse panel (passenger side kickplate)

I appreciate your help!

that does look correct but is a change from the 2007 to 2010 models where F44 is the horn.

You will have to tap a line in the dash some where as there is no fuse for this all the lights are handled by the foot well module and a such do not have fuses as in the old days. There is a thread here somewhere that goes over what wires to tap int he dash for gauge lighting.
