Does it say the BlueTooth has paired with the phone in the Bluetooth settings? Did you type in the code?

We get in a lot of them that just do not work at all, we have to test every unit.

Not sure if this is relevant..But i just found this.
"*PLEASE NOTE!* Any reports of hanging or reboots after quitting the app is due to a bug in HTC devices and Galaxy Tab,this can be triggered by using the Pandora app. Disabling Pandoras new bluetooth settings fixes the problem, but HTC/Samsung need to release a fix. Please contact their support and request a fix, Thanks!"

Also does anyone know if it can monitor transmission temps???

I am pretty sure that the R56 will not show Trans Temp on Torque.

I don't know if Van Diesel will give you Tranny Temps, but the OBDII should work just fine in general. It does seem more likely that the ECU on the Sprinter is tracking the trans temp.

If you need a phone mount for the van you could try;

http://www.cravenspeed.com/products/The-Belmont.html

http://www.cravenspeed.com/products/...nting-Kit.html

With the Belmont we could swap the gauge cup for a phone mount. The other mount has proven to fit a variety of trucks and SUV's, maybe it will work on your Sprinter.
