Well the other day I took it upon myself to use this guys DIY information and solder the same thing on the same PCB strip board as this guy did but for both windows.

Not too hard at all just have to have a steady hand and keep each solder separate.

Pretty easy it only took 2 hours minus the drinks in between to keep me patient.















Excuse the crappy pictures it was my first time soldering and apparently taking pictures too.

PCB board is easy to break under the pressure of a vice. Especially when your working in a garage..

Step one:

Went to radio shack and picked up a single project box, resistors, capacitors, black and red equip wire, solder (soldering iron as well), pcb strip board, electrical tape and heat shrink to cover the wires once soldered.

This can be done one a single board as long as connections aren't touching. Grey and black & Grey and blue wires need to be spliced and soldered too the two separate signal wires. Both grounds/negative goes to the brown and orange wire. Haynes manual has a better breakdown of the pins on the toggle switch.

I would be a lot more detailed but my other computer just blitzed on me and I am using my backup which has absolutely no bookmarks saved.

Interesting. I used a DEI 530T on a previous vehicle to add auto up and down to both windows.
