Dual CD Changers

Is it possible to wire 2 6-cd changers in the back?
I am thinking of splitting the output cable and installing an A-B switch to direct the signal to the desired changer.
I know...I know...it's time for an Ipod. But I'm old school. Don't like fiddling with those new gen toys. Thanks in advance for any input.

You didn't say what year/model MINI you have. My 2010 has a USB port, in the cubby in front of the shifter. I can put a bunch of MP3s on a memory stick, more than I need for a long trip!

It should work. You'd have to switch 4 audio lines (L+, L-, R+, R-), and one K-bus line. When you fill up the capacity, you can go to a 3rd CD changer and 3-way switch.

Or just get an iPod, which can take the place of a dozen CD changers.
