Devil in my wiring harness, multiple problems

It started today, i go into the car and plug in an obd2 reader to see how my coolant temps are on the way to school. i start backing out and relize my speakers arnt working. Headunit it, but not the speakers. Then i get to school and try to lock the doors with the remote. Nothing.

School ends and I get back in he car, speakers work for a split second then stop. I start leaving and my blinker indicator isnt working nor is the noise when you put the blinkers on. Im assuming the lights werent flashing. When I turn my headlights on, they actualy work but it doesnt say there on (interior gauge lights stay off) and high beam indicator doent light up. I was scared my brake lights werent working all the way home.

Then I get home and my radio works when I turn the car on again. I shut it off and try to turn it on again and the plugs wont spark. I stop, try again and they do, car runs. Then everything seems fine untill I start to leave my car and notice my brake lights wont go off.

Now im here about to leave for work. Sorry for the long story but i want to let you guys know everything. The only thing that comes to mind as to why this is happening, is the lack of ground points with my new carbon fiber hatch and hood. No one can seem to tell me what they did with there grounds.

Well that problem fixed itself. Im going to tape up the wires for an accesory cd changer in the tunk.

Has anyone found out where the mystery leak is on the passenger side of the boot? Ive heard other people have a leak back there. It doesnt seem to be bad, but its constant.

there are two tubes from the sunroof that drain to the area behind the rear hatch (near you 3rd brake light harness, it could be cracked or pulled out...
