Nice Black Jacks! I'm jealous. Do the LED side scuttles cause a bulbout warning or rapid flash?

They did at first. I went low-tech and wired in a pigtail wedge bulb connector inside the fender.

Excellent idea!

Update: I thought I recognized you from my thread. You got me thinking now. If I can find a 7505 socket I can wire the stock bulbs, inside the fender and fix my turn signal problem.

Brilliant thinking edshred!

Since I found this thread, I thought I would share my progress.

I ran 36 amber LEDs across the bottom grill hooked up to the turn signals only. So,most of the time they are completely hidden until I turn or use my hazards.

Here's the first shot of them with the hazard lights on, and a well timed camera click.

Each side works independently

Here's a close up

When they are not in use, they disappear.

I am planning on using the same setup along the bottom of the chrome strips on the back bumper, but I haven't had the time to tackle that project yet.

I'm still looking for a good strip of bright white LEDs to run around the edge of my fog lights too...but one thing at a time, I supose.

I also have 75 color changing LEDs to lighten up the interior, but I don't have any pictures of those running...sorry.

Thanks for looking & happy motoring

I like that stance too Hendricks! I am near done with my electrical mods. I just started the suspension and run an Alta 22mm rear bar full soft on sport JCW suspension. I am debating whether to go with Bilstiens with a TSW spring or take the plunge and go with coilovers.

That is quite a drop. Are those coilovers?

Regarding the LED in the rear fog light, did it really make a different? I have the tint on mine, and you can't see anything, so i was going to be a bright LED in it?
