Does the Factory alarm add on have its own remote or is it intergrated into the mini key lock and unlock buttons? i would like an alarm but only if i can tie it into my key and not have another thing to carry on my key ring.

The factory alarm kit doesn't have an add on key fob, it uses the the factory key fob or the door lock to activate or deactivate it. So anytime you lock the car with the remote the alarm will activate.
