Okay, so Ive been modding on my rear hatch , and to get to the point...Ive cut all the plugs and I cant figure out how to rewire the pulse for the opening of the hatch. As of now, I have it wired so that I can only open the hatch when the lights are on , which is now proving to be an inconvience...

anyways, there is the obvious brown(ground) then there is a grey/brown and grey/yellow

I have an 03S 07/03 build. wondering if anyone knows how to rewire this...

I will post pics of my final modding when I figure out this damn wiring!

You (the so called AirForce Electrician) are the one who messed this up in the first place! God knows what you hacked up in those Jets that are supposedly protecting us...

Do you have a Bentley manual? I can check mine when I get to the book later this week for you if you don't get an answer in the meantime.

 

I do have one, but the diag is a little beyond me...

"connect this wire, to this wire...then cut the green wire..."

 

So it looks like there is a relay built into the plastic connectors ive cut and lost ...yeah...
IF anyone knows how to recreate this relay, please do tell, otherwise, im on the hunt for a new connector...
BMW/MINI wants 210 for a new wiring harness on the rear half...
And the junkyards ive called all recycle the wiring for copper
