Pioneer AVIC N3...I Need Assitance Regarding VSS

I have an MCS with a build date of 09/06. The installer is having issues with the overall wiring stating that the late build date may have been the reason the wiring does not match information that they have, and the dealer speculates the same, however they are not doing the install. That said, the only thing in the way of completing my install is hooking up the VSS (vehicle speed sensor).

For those that have the Pioneer AVIC N3 and have completed the install, I could use some confirmation on the VSS location. Here's what I have been told and researched so far:
1. The installer's most current research has yielded that the VSS plug is located under the passenger-side sill panel at the middle of the door. BUT this could be wrong because his source, a MINI owner/installer, has an '02 model.
2. My inquiry with the dealer has yielded that the VSS location is at left front and right rear axles.
3. I got sick of the runaround from both and bought the Benetley Manual to try and figure it out and found that all 4 axles have a VSS at the wheel hubs.

I believe I have the answer in No. 3, but would like to verify. Also, if these 4 locations are correct, which would be the best one to connect to? Just based on distance run, I figure that either of the 2 front VSS connections would be best, but I could be wrong. I am open to suggestions.

Thanks much.

Did you have any luck finding the VSS feed? I had an '05 Cooper S and it was on the right had driver's side, but now I have a 2010 and I can't seem to find it.

It seems the VSS has been eliminated on the 2nd gen cars.

See this post for more details

As this car is a 07 model year it is different than the Bentley Manual that you purchased in fact just about every thing has changed and that manual will do you no good.
