Lights won't turn off?

I put leds in my arch lamps and front park light, but when i turn my car off at night, the lights stay on. Theyre not as bright but they are still faintly lit. Any clue what is going on? they go off after a while...

I believe from reading other posts that the LED's draw much less power than a light bulb so that they will tend to stay partially lit for awhile after you turn them off.
